Video duration: 57 seconds The winds through the Naruto Channel off the island of Shikoku are some of the strongest in the world. This, in turn, creates the world's biggest whirlpools. At high or low tide. Which, of course, I missed by about forty-five minutes. Regardless, I took a video of some tiny ones. See if you can spot them. Whee!
